Taking Respite In Well-Wishes

By Wednesday July 29th, 2009 No Comments

Last week, upon returning from my trip to the Middle East, I was pleasantly surprised and touched to find that many of you had left birthday wishes in the comment section of my blog entries. I am grateful for your well-wishes; in some ways they spur me to work harder in service to my country and its people. I would also like to thank those of you who wished me personally. Although I am unable to express my thanks to each individual for your birthday greetings, I am glad that I am able to do so on my blog.

While I take temporary respite in your comments, I do not forget that there are larger issues affecting Malaysians today, and that there is plenty of work left to be done. As you might be aware, the government has announced some key steps in addressing the six National Key Result Areas as part of the People First Performance Now initiative. I will be working closely with the “leading ministers” who will champion each Key Result Area to ensure proper implementation and achieve the desired outcomes.

With regards to I am hoping to post my response to your blog comments soon and to continue with the video Q&A which I started early this month. Your participation is important in these two website activities, and I look forward to interacting some more with you.

To learn how to submit your video questions for the next video Q&A, please read my earlier blog here. You can also watch my video answers here.
