IPOH: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak will be meeting the people in Mambang Diawan and Tanjung Tualang in Perak on Saturday.
Deputy Home Minister Datuk Lee Chee Leong said residents would have the opportunity to meet the prime minister in person.
He said Najib was scheduled to meet the locals for a “chit chat” at Dewan SJK (C) Mambang Diawan in Mambang Diawan near Kampar at 10.30am, and in Tanjung Tualang an hour later.
He said the small town of Tanjung Tualang, which is about 50km from here, was famous for lobsters.
“We will create a carnival-like atmosphere to welcome the prime minister as it will be his first visit here,” said Lee who is also Kampar member of parliament.
