8.10 pm – Delivers first speech as 6th Prime Minister of Malaysia.

4 pm – Handing over of duties as PM ceremony with Tun Abdullah Hj Ahmad Badawi at PM’s office in Putrajaya.

1.30 pm – Performing Friday prayers at the National Mosque, followed by paying respects at the grave of Allahyarham Tun Abdul Razak.

12 tgh – Visiting beloved mother, Tun Hjh Rahah Mohd Noah at her residence.

10 am – Official swearing-in ceremony for the 6th Prime Minister of Malaysia at Istana Negara.
